On 1/16/04 money was taken out of my account for a $3000 credit card. The initial call told me i would recieve the card after they took $279.00 from my account. It never came. On 2/2/04 I called only to be on hold for ever and was told i would recieve a package by the end of the week. They also told me that there would be an application not the card as promised.

On 2/9/04 i called again only to be told it would be 3 weeks to a month to recieve the PACKAGE. When i said i wanted the refund the man on the phone became rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were in a meeting. He then hung up on me. If anyone knows the actual physical adress please let me know I will drive there and get my money back any way i need to.
