Cashing my uneployment check

I visited money my unemployment check at my lender Wells Fargo. Then I had been informed that I can't cash my check since its not really a Wells Fargo check! I had been based on this look for money I'm unemployed and its own for food for my children however they stated no they cannot! The teller explained she was following business plan. I have a checking acct together plus they still cant money the verify this check i an unemployment verify by edd!!! Then i keep in touch with her boss and he or she all stated the same! They said i had a need to deposit the check also it might clear tomorrow. They offered 20 $ until tomorrow which is just a government check! Then i requested to get a problem kind they didn't have any types grievances. Then i request to keep in touch with the overall director of the bamk and he was to hectic to keep in touch with me about my problem i waited for around 15 to 20 minute with no aid i request a worker for that supervisors business-card he went in and he arrived and explained the supervisor didn't have any busniess cards. And so I didn't get one.in my opinion he didn't wish to provide me his card and never cope with me
