CIII Mtg, LLC is a total fraudelent company led by the so called president Lorenzo Nava. The loan programs are false and they will not perform. They take upfront fees and do not return them. I have money in with them for 7 months and cannot get any specific answers or commitments from Lorenzo if I will ever see my money again.

They use an escrow company and it is my belief this company has knowledge of the fraudulent CIII Mtg LLC and will not disclose any information about them.

The web is full of warnings, please do not do business with this company you will regret it.

If you have been a victim of CIII Mtg, LLC please post we are growing in numbers and have the authorities involved. We need to put these guys away for a very long time.
