Charges on bank card

Xionix, llc turned up on my bank record for $9.95. I've never heard about the corporation & don't understand how or why they required cash out-of my consideration... I'm along the way of discovering why with my lender as this statement has been released... I'd gotten a contact about clearing up our computer but i didnt donate to this. When i noticed the costs for 9.95. I simply deleted the entire thing. I didn't use this assistance. I have called the amount i acquired from my bank to confirmed this charge and that i needed to leave a messsage therefore someone can call me back. I've yet to hear from their store... I'll further quest this problem with my bank and file a claim together for that costs... How do I understand this reimbursement back again to my card and ensure that I'll never be billed again for anything used to do not register also... Many of these organization claims it's free cleanup on computer however they ask you for anyhow you don't utilize it... I need my reimbursement back on my card...
