He assured me that AZ lOAN DOCTOR can help me by buying the home from the lender below market value & sell it back to me with equity. I paid them $3200.in January I was served with forclosure notice. I immidiately contacted Wayne & Doc Sullivan.

I went to court & got the the foreclosure deffered. After this occured Waye Orahood & Doc Sullivan told me that they cannot help me because I am too far behind in my payments.

Now I'm out $3200 and about to loos my home. I have forrf year old son & a 2 year old daughter to take care of. I find it hard that people can prey on their fellow human beings to such an extent
