We are working with a great group of lawyers that target crooks such as Terry Shaw and the company he represents. It appears that this company has blatantly misrepresented their main objective by falsely advertising and then verbally expressing BIG promises through their sales team, which goes against the 'Deceptive Trade Practices Act'.

They assure you that you will get funded and make bold claims, however, it appears that they only want to get your $249 then charge additional exorbitant fees to set up a corporate structure and trade references through Dun & Bradstreet (which is free to anyone)! If someone chooses to do this on their own (like me) then they are treated as a 'moron', talked down to and find that the 'quick funding' is just smoke and mirrors!

So in your email, we need the following:

- Proof of Money paid to UBF
- Any and ALL communications (emails) that took place
- Other documents that pertain to this group that may be useful

Please help us get this out quickly by posting it in other places (message boards, complaint sites, respond to posters (with the above message) that made complaints and wish they had help in fighting back.
