Small Business Funding Scam

Like many others, I'm a small business owner trying to start a new future, but have fallen victim to an unethical business scam. They're called Unsecured Business Funding and they offer a proven path to receiving unsecured funding.

The scam starts with their website, which guarantees funding in 48 hours. That is simply not true. Once you make contact with them they tell you all the right things to get you to spend the initial $249 for their assessment. From there they will sell you on various ways to establish your credit. This cost me $2,500 and in return I got a boiler plate report with no customized information. They tell you to establish a bunch of net 30 accounts with Reliable, Uline, aprinter4u, DVD Creations, and Universal Guardian. You'll also be told that you need to get a website, which they will arrange for you, for $1,500. They will bill you monthly, which will help you build credit. I've come to find out that DVD Creations and Universal Guardian are also scams that have been created to service the same business practice.

In the beginning, I was able to make contact with their staff, but it wasn't long before they were not returning voicemails and emails. It's now been over a 2 weeks since they have responded to my emails.in the end, I have nothing to show for my money. It's a scam that I could go into great detail describing, but I'm saving my remarks for a lawsuit. I have read through their contracts in great detail and have cancelled all of my accounts according to their directions claiming a breach of contract. I have requested refunds for all of my expenses.

I gave them 48 hours to respond to my request before I took it to the next level. The 48 hours was over Friday, so I'm posting a report here hoping to join others in a class action lawsuit. I have all of my emails, agreements, and notes from phone conversations to make my case. The names of the folks that I've had contact with are Dave Clark, Terry Shaw, Paula McComb, Meagan B., and Jamie Jones. I'm sure this all sounds familiar to you if you're reading this, so please let me know if there is a lawsuit I can join.
