Won't put my 950.00 back on my card

Our Social Protection cash is placed on USDirectExpress card. Our cash was removed my card on April 1 with a teller at 5th3rd Lender. Since my identification didnot possess the same zipcode "which she didnot ask me at-all" as my card she voided out without authorization and today this card has not set my cash back. Each refuse this being their problem. The teller was incorrect, she ok'ed it subsequently switched around and prevented it. I have tried numerous telephone calls, characters being delivered from lender concerning the mistake they created and also the people in the card, don't have any data. I'd a notice delivered that evening and again about the 6th but still no cash or any clarification from possibly the card or even the lender. Please support me before I get evicted etc.
