Discrimination and mental abuse

Wachovia exposed a bank account with me. They stated I'd to possess $50.00 in my own consideration to get a week; that we believe is seven days! Okey I did so that, plus they stated they'd purchase a check card for me personally. Well, they stated it'd arrived at my house address 4001 Durham Ln.

I visited the financial institution nowadays a teller stated that the card was delivered back towards the lender simply because they confirmed an address at Previous Potters Rd. Subsequently, the teller explained it'll be below today. Guess what? No lender check card within the mail. Personally I think I've been discriminated against. Every because I’ve been coping with banks in Charlotte, I appear to have my balances extended over into needing to cope with i.D. Theft, cash being lacking from my consideration, and inadequate resources.

I'd prefer to have a little action suit from this specific organization for psychological neglect; thinking they'd be delivering me my charge card after many efforts to maintain a merchant account available.
