Simply put, the loan and costs you will get will not be what you were told you would get—buyer beware!

"Brian answers the phone and sounds like your friend, and tells you all about the wonderful loan and low costs that he is going to get for you. This is the last you will see or hear of this wonderful loan program however. I don't know for sure if this company just doesn't know what they're doing, or if they are simply trying to take advantage of people, but the loan terms that I was finally offered (it wound up taking three months!) was worse by far than what I already had! Hello? Why would I refi to get a higher rate and payment, and with $13,000 in costs being charged?
I was so angry and frustrated, but declined their crummy loan and went to Wells Fargo to get the loan and treatment that I was expecting.
Shame on you people!!
