This company is a collection of Scam Artists. Their representative contacted me and leased me a credit card processing machine. The lease I signed was supposed to include advertising functions that First Merchants Financial was supposed to provide and cost 93.00 per month. This was a two year lease that I could cancel at any time I was not satisfied. The machine did not function correctly (it was supposed to be wireless, and that didn't work) ad After several months of excessive charges being placed on my checking account by Northern Leasing Systems, I attempted to return the machine.

The company I rented the machine from was gone! Turns out I had signed the lease to Northern for four years and all of the other services I had been told about were absolute b.S. Northern claims no responsibility for the actions of their "independent representative". I closed my account in jan (after four months of excessive charges) to keep them away from my money, and have been fighting them ever since. They say I still owe them 4600.00. I have an attourney, and am attempting to get out of this. My credit has been harmed, they are trying to sue me in a NY court (I live in VA) and I get calls from them twice a day if they know my phone number.

Stay away from these scum, they are criminals. Contact NY attourney Chittur and associates. They have beaten these scum before.
