Sprayed without permission

I assisted these folks out-last year once they named and explained they truly required the job and so I decided to 2 periods. I simply got a statement within the email for support that I never actually requested! After I named they explained that I'd to stop prior to the service or they simply suppose from a year ago that I'd like it... What? Wtf? I informed them they had NO authorized agreement and didn't obtain a full-year support, just how can they suppose this? The owner explained that was the way in which it had been. After I requested to talk to his chef to solve this I had been informed she was in a gathering and he'd have her phone me. Iam still waiting... Iam not spending and I'll contact every government company, etc. And let them know why, this really is only a fraud!
