I have experienced my second unauthorized use of my pin number by an individual to pay her phone bill and other items.US Bank seems to have no security in place to protect its users. I am not rich and the amount is only @$250. Maybe that's why it doesn't matter to them. I have been on the phone for almost an hour. They have a very high volume because this is obviously happening to others. Take your money out of this bank. They cannot protect your money, and are reluctant to replace it when they lose it.
