Ripoff

Was called by phone by this company and told that by accepting their offer my credit would be the way to being restored. I was also informed that by receiving their offer i was to receive a 200 minute phone card and another gift which offset the advance payment of the processing fee. I was supposedly guaranteed also that deduction from my bank account wouldn't take place until February 4th and that I could cancel at any time. I was guaranteed that i could call 24 hours before deduction of my account to inform if funds were not available and would be extended for up to 90 days with this offer.

I did call the 800 number given to me and was informed that the transaction was already proceesed and that whoever told me I could do that was mistaken. I was informed that I couldn't halt the transaction unless it was 5 days beforehand.

I made a remark to the effect of this being stinking great and was hung up on!

I have already done a stop payment and am in the process of changing accounts, but they have succeeded up til now!!!
