Charges Non-Account Holders $5 to Cash Payroll Check Drawn on Bank

I think it is unconscionable that Wells Fargo, an institution that received $25B in bailout money from U.S. Taxpayers has the nerve to demand a $5 fee to cash a payroll check drawn on their bank. What is this world coming to? If this isn't illegal, it should be. Our young people typically spend most if not all of their paychecks, providing stimulus to our economy, which large banks like Wells Fargo helped to destroy.
