We should have listened to the Reports on this site. We contracted with them and they said because we were a new company we need to put $22,000 on deposit that would be refunded if we processed clean for one year.
We processed clean for the year and then requested our deposit be released.instead of releasing the deposit, they held another $4868 that we had already sent.
We stopped processing, sent the letter of termination as requested and they still have our money almost 9 months later.
In addition, they lied about their lease terms. We are paying $320 per month for 5 years on equipment that is worth about $2700. Then, there is no service or repair with the lease, and at the end, no buy out for us. So we have to pay for another 3 years for equipment that we can't use. Please, all small business owners, do not use them.
