Let me start by saying First Data SUCKS!

We are an internet based business that opened in May, We processed without incident for almost one year and without notice we received a phone call from First Data stating, "Due to recent changes in policies, they would no longer be able to process for our company"

We had processed well over $60,000 in charges, without one single chargeback. They said they would hold almost $9000 of the monies we were due for six months in case there were any potential chargebacks.

What?!

We have since found an alternate processing source, that seems to be working well, but if you are considering a merchant provider, BE WARE! These people are bandits. There are blogs all over the internet about these people and their unscupulous practices. Stay Away!!!
