Keeps calling me and I'm not a custome

Since Feb. 2011 I Have gotten atleast 1 phone perday. I have named them informed them that nobody by that title reaches this quantity, however they proceed to contact when I begin to let them know they hang-up on me. One male explained "oh okay I Will allow it to be a place to contact you every single day" All I'd like is in order for them to stop calling. There conduct has created me sure I never uses them for almost any loans. I have told them that I've approached the Greater Business Institution since what there doing is nuisance however they do not care exactly what a bad method to operate a company.
