US Mortgage Funding Need to money back

US Mortgage Funding aka Diversified Home Loans took $2400.00 from our family promising to negotiate with my Lender, Chase Mortgage on our behalf and save our home. I has been laid off and we were desperate. They took advantage of our situation by making false claims and promises. I was advised that I did not need to pay anything to B of A and that was "standard". After attempting over and over to contact them with no answer, the phones were finally disconnected.
Reporting that has been caused by this situation is embarassing. We then found out they changed their name to Diversified Home Solutions.

I still can't able to reach one of them to provide an update to me. Mortgage keep turn me down of my loan modification.

Is Anyone know how I can get my money back from them.
