Does Not Care about Consumers - mortgage

Chase lies about everything. They tell you they are helpful and there for you and then they give you phone extensions that they change a few weeks later. My situation has changed drastically and for 4 weeks I have been unable to contact anyone. I have called free organizations for help and they can't get through on any numbers Chase provided either. They route all calls through collections based on your loan number. I have called Mr. Thode (Toady) twice, Linda Smith about 4 times and still no help. This bank is horrific! Obama should Target this bank and check through its corporate agenda.

This bank prefers to foreclose on your house rather than change your interest rate! How can that be good for our economy? I can afford my house with a lower interest rate but they would rather short sale for a $55,000 loss due to house values being so decreased. And the new owner? They will get the interest rate they won't give me.
