Harrasing phone calls. Bad business ethics

We've a car bill with nuvell. This is the last year we will need to deal together thank god. If you get behind on the cost they continuously contact you 10 times each day. It starts at 8am until 7pm. I've talked to some client repetition and described once they can get my cost. I guess within the next 4 hours another repetition will-call. It really pisses me off. I question them did they not see the notes from the final repetition i talked to. Should you dont talk to them they blow your phone up. Whenever you create a fee arrangement together they still call every 3 times all day-long. I guess i never handle them again... All the best those who have to cope with nuvell
