Still waiting on refund

I've been waiting since Oct. 2010 to get a $250 refund simply to discover the refund will be for $200. After calling more than 30 occasions and obtaining the run-around I still haven't gotten my refund. Each month I spend my statement not surprisingly however the wire business has yet to reside as much as their end-of the discount. I submitted a problem using the BBB and also have not noticed something from their store both! I will now realize why individuals get discouraged with one of these businesses and proceed POSTAL in it. Not that I excuse that degree of response... I completely realize why! There must be some type of aid for that small man (you and that I) when these large businesses lay to us and provide people false expectations! I'm so furious I really could throw!!!
