Discover Card Negative Information on Credit Report

As thousands of others in the U. S, I lost my job two years ago and was unemployed for a year. Discover sent my account to Encore for collection and constantly harrased till written letter sent for no phone calls. As soon as I found full time work I have payed off all debt except Discover Card which I have been making monthly payments totaling $2000. Every month Encore / Discover sends negative information to Credit Reports that no payments have made
