Ripoff Promised Credit Car Instead took over $250.00 from Bank Account

I received a letter in the mail stating that I was approved for a credit card with a limit of $6,500.00. When I called to activate what I thought was a real credit card they told me that they could increase my limit to $8,5000. I had to pay the annual membership fee up front which I did through my bank account. They never sent me a card, they just took my money, over $250.00 and continue to send me bills for outrageous amounts totaling over $400.00!!! Please beware and learn from my mistake, DO NOT trust this company!!!
