No customer support or user manual

I registered for Block Up yesterday and only beginning applying. You will find a lot of insects within the software. I've delivered 14 emails nowadays alone to aid AND NEVER you have been solved. How can the corporation actually be prepared to remain in company with no customer care. I'll be seeking to their rivals fir a far more reliable method to take bank cards. Really annoying to get a small business operator (which support was suggested to us). Good idea that is BADLY performed!!!
