Ripoff Got approved for their card and I will receive 10th jan They will call back to confirm then take the money 219.90 Chicago Illinois

On Jan I got call form this Gotech Financial that I been approvde for ther card and I will get in my mail 10th Jan. I told them I don't have $219.90 in my bank account. Don't take my money out from my account. They said first on 22 or 25 we will call you and confirm from you then will will take money. But no I got my bank statement saying I owe them $345.

I want my money back from them some please take action for this or else we will not trust any bank or any other company.
