Ripoff harrasment calling employer rude threats

I have faxed over a letter to these people informing them NOT to call my work, to report harrasment from Mr. Owens, and to request them to send me a copy of the contract I signed with them and anything else they have reguarding a debt I have with them. I faxed this on 10-10, well they called me at work yesterday which was 1-28 and I very well may lose my job. I have told them repeatedly we are willing to pay this debt off in full, but how can I if I have no way of knowing the full amount. So far they have giving to different amounts to pay. They call and tell me they wish me luck in court. Does anyone know what I can do?

I have contacted the BBB and the FTC and am waiting to hear back from them. I know they have broke the law, but I have no idea how to go about dealing with this. No attorney's around here deal with this type of thing.
There is so much more that goes into this but my nerves are so shot! I am at my wits end! PLEASE someone help me!!!
