Ripoff! Ron Massy I will NEVER know how this Jerk can live with himself! He is a LIER THIEF CHEAT and much more

We too are being ripped off as i am writeing this! We thought we would just let Ron think we believed in him, but I can not do this! My husband and I are lucky enough to have a back up mortgage co. To purchase our $189,000 home. Our realestate agent turned out to be our life ring.

When she contacted Massy he told her we were approved for $200.000 and at closeing we would recieve a check for any money that was left over from the home purchase, That sent a RED flag up with me.

He told us and our agent that our loan was 100% and we would not need any closeing cost that they would sell the 15% they did not cover to a secoundery mortgage co. How ever I did see some "warnings" this co was fraud I did'nt want to beleive it. As the weeks rolled on our agent called and said we needed to close on friday Jan, 30 2004 at 1:00, she then called Ron and he and nother "employee" told her they would close on their terms not hers. Needless to say we have not been able to reach them since!

YES we would want to join any and all class action law suites! By the way was any one told the $ 300.00 was good to pull a loan with them for 6 years? We were! Also are they breaking any RICO laws? Has any one notified the FBI of a fraude mortgage co.? One very similer to this just blew wide open here in south carolina and charlotte north carolina.
