Late Fee rip-offs and "Sunday" due dates

Wells Fargo Financial is just a rip off combined... Couple of heartless, soulless shylocks... Understand this, my email cost for $39 managed to get through the worst blizzard of the decade within our region, and found its way to the Wells Fargo mail 2000 kilometers away in Texas on Sunday, March 12. The cost was due Saturday, March 13. SATURDAY!!! It lay within their workplace within the weekend and was published to acount on Friday morning, March 14th. Wells Fargo instantly evaluated me a late charge. After I noticed they'd completed this, I named their customer support repetition in Iowa to describe the snowstorm impact, and also to issue how she might warrant questioning me a waiver of the charge underneath the conditions. She merely stated, sorry friend, but we-don't provide charge waivers under any situation. I subsequently talked together with her boss, an arrogant SOB who flatly refused any waiver of charge, after which attempted to justify what sort of cost deadline might realistically be forced on the SATURDAY! Today I Have been a person of Wells Fargo for ten years, and had never encounter any scenario therefore ridiculous as this. But following this ordeal, I'll stop all my balances with Wells fargo AND NOT conduct business together or through them again.
