Payments applied wrong, fees charged for their error

In the last 8 weeks i've approached csc reasoning seeking payment and charge reversals because of their mistake of implementing equally obligations to one mortgage. Up to now nothing has been corrected and it is deeply affecting my credit score plus they do not appear to care since i delivered one talk with two individual deals they did not realize that one examine equaled two independent loan payments. They do not possess a site to examine or make payments online and they cost $10 to pay for within the phone.
