I was ripped off by this awful company. Was promised a credit card, but never received one. Norfolk

I received a phone call from a World Benefits rep. Who promised me an unsecured credit card with a $2000 limit. The $300 fee was taken from my bank account, but I never received the card, or any explaination, for that matter.

I have no credit. I am only 18 years old, and I was promised this was an excellent way to establish credit. Now I am out $300 that worked very hard for. I researched this company, and they have been in buisness for fifteen years. How these frauds have been allowed to carry on for this long is beyond my comprehension.
