This is illegal! Where are the authorities, legislation, attorneys? How can someone purchase a supposed warranty, and get denied from the first month of buying the ca

Have had engine problems since a month after buying the car. Have kept up with oil changes and maintance when the car was actually running. The car sat in my drive way most often than not due to car burning oil, with no explanation of why. Put gallons of oil in it until engine just stopped running. Again, the car is in the shop, not running at all, needs new engine. Diamond refuses to help at all, as well as get buligerant on the phone, the one time out of many in tring to talk with some one. Paying $366 for a car that has been unable to get from point A to B. Now won't run at all. Don't want to ruin our credit, and don't have the thousands to buy new engine. Need legal help. How these companies are able to do business in the U.S. And authorities & legislation really need to clean house of companies all over that do this. Where does all the money go? I have a few ideas, but is that legal, and what can we, the consumers do after being ripped off!!!

Im not sitting down and taking this, I can't go anywhere, so what will I do with my time. I know, attorney general, consumer affairs, BBB... Ooohhhh and I'm now stopping there, class action sounds good, from all the testimonies I have read. Sending out S.O.S.
