Bought A new Mercruiser engine from Mr. Robert Bower. What he shipper us was a used engine claming that the engine was new because the warranty card was never mailed in. This engine had the control module switched to show less than one running time. Removing the valve covers and looking at the old oil residue inside proves that this engine had been run for some time. Performance Plus refuses to do anything about this matter. We have spent $2000.00in legal expenses with no resulution to this problem. Avoid any business with this scam artist.
