Another Ripoff! Sparks

Business & Finance

Obtained a notice from FNCB (collection company) in Sparks, NV, attempting to gather on the debt I allegedly owe on the Mastercard credit card. I've never had a Mastercard or any charge card apart from shop cards (ie. Sears, Pennys, etc).

The notice advised me that I owed 345.00, from the card in the notice continued to inform me they might negotiate the selection easily might deliver them simply 138.00.

And So I called the 800-number about the bill and really got a live person about the other end. After I questioned her to deliver me copies of the contract along with a listing of products bought so when these were purchased, she advised me that if she did that, that the negotiation amount of 138.00 might disappear, and I'd owe the entire quantity.

That Is this type of fraud, simply to acquire some money, I've never heard about any genuine collection company providing this type of discount, and that I informed her When I actually do owe the money, she must have the financial institution send me a notice displaying the things shown.

Such a ripoff!!!
