After filling out application. I WAS PRE-APPROVED FOR A HOME loan with 100% financing with appltone wi office. We can strat looking for a home.in the mean time we oaid out for earnest money of 500.00 dollar and 225.00 in for home inspections. We signed a agreen. And waited for weekes. Now the office siad home loan is not good. We lost the deal. Now can you people talk people are approved for loan and turnround them loan is no good. She talk my real esate the loan was good to go. We paid out all this money and now have no home.
