Ameritech, Ohio Equity Group ripoff! Dishonest, fraudulent billing. Middleburg Heights

I employed this brokerage company to refinance my house for me in August. They took a application and a few weeks later they called and said they needed a appaisal done at a cost of 350.00. I gave them a credit card number to put this amount on when I recieved my bill they had charged me $400.

I called and the loan officer (Christopher Gallagher) that I was dealing with and he said a mistake had been made and my card would be credited. After several conversations with Chris and another loan Officer Mike Cartinian I was assured my account would be credited before we closed. Now, I own several properties and have refinance enough of them to know it does not take 6 months for this to happen.

I feel like I am being scammed. I have spoke with both loan officers asking for my appraisal be returned to me and my overcharge of 50 dollars be credit to my account. They tell me that it is in the mail and will be here any day it has been 2 weeks. I have e-mailed them several messages and I am sending a written request today. I would be grateful if you would send a request for me to.
