I refinanced with this company dec. O6 they put me in one of the worst loans possible. Before the loan was complete, the loan offficer told me that i had not paid enough underwriters fees, and i owed $4,000.00 more. He sent me his personal bank account and told me to deposit the money there. I complained to the supv. About his actions, his reply was that i had not paid enough fees, and consider it a christmas gift from their company. They fired the loan officer, but being that he was a crook, they did not investigate this bad loan that he put me in, this company equity fin. Group got paid $11,890.00 by downey savings another fraud company for

This bad loan that's will soon cost me to lose my home. Equity fin. Group did not care about this bad loan, or the possible loss of my home they got " PAID" that's all these bad mortgage care about. I;m on social sec. Disability. My income was inflated. Loan officer lied saying i had $15,000. Stocks and bonds, but they fired him but kept this bad loan. The once "american homeowners dream" is now the" american homeowners nightmare" because of companies like them.

I have file complaints againts this company with the BBB in california. They are on record. I ask them to refund some of my fees because of what this loan officer did to me., they won't they stand behind there fraud. There's an old saying" a greedy person will always be in want" the bible say's "you will reap what you sow" look around equity financial group at all the closed doors, your's will be next, you can't do people wrong, and get away with it. Stay away from this company "please"
