Loan Scam

Victor Carranza claimed to represent a private lender that was loaning billions in all 50 states.
Even when he know this "Adventure Capital" company headed by Joe Kaffman had never made a single loan; and even when he knew that they Kaffman had abscounded with 100's of thousands from people; and even while he was claiming that Joe had scammed him for $20,000 some dollars; he proceed to tell me and my group that he would fund our deal by Friday, for sure my Monday, etc. Etc. And he took a $15,000 cashiers check from us and gave it to this Joe Kaffman. That is very bad.

Addiitionally, we had placed $127,500 with a titlle company to get a loan. Victor insisted that we place the money with Joe Kaffman knowing that it was a scam. Fortunately I refused to do it because money should only be placed with an unbiased 3rd party obviously.

Victor told countless lies witout mercy which resulted in us losing our earnest money with a Seller;
it caused 2 months of wasted time without productivity; it caused losses to all parties involved from the title companys;

I understand that Joe is a smoothe talker; but once he knew that Joe's a scammer, why continue to to take our money and waste our time...
