Impossible to deal with

I actually do exactly what they request when attempting to purchase documents, after which, times later, get emails stating there's an issue. I then contact, watch for 30Z moments, and am disconnected. Attempt repeatedly to mail and phone, with no frikking individual assists.

They're a bad organization and spend your own time an electricity.

Regardless of what I actually do, they wont support. I quit on two purchases previously couple weeks, therefore tried again. One order, allegedly does okay, another order, they ask how I'm associated.

The FAQ online do not protect the problem. What's the purpose actually coping with them?

It Is interesting, I handled them several times last Summertime, and everything went good. Today, they're worse than the usual government division within the former Soviet Union.

I'd highly recommend everybody prevent them if you don't would like to get suicidal. They're THAT bad.
