Double billed

After being aimed to VItalchek from the NYC department of Vital Records, I requested several records. Upon checkout, after investing in my creditcardnumber, A MISTAKE concept seemed and was informed that my purchase didn't undergo and that I must try again later. Therefore, I attempted again in five minutes, positioned exactly the same purchase, place in my CC# and also the order experienced. Received my conf. # and that was that. The order total was 126.50. Roughly seven days later, I had been so pleased to obtain my files within the email. Then your following day, I obtained STILL ANOTHER purchase from Vitalchek, THE SAME purchase PLUS an additional delivery cert, for whole of 167.50. I had been confused and went right to my online banking account and reduced and see, they charged me for EQUALLY. I've delivered 7 emails and named numerous occasions simply to obtain no reaction at-all! Nothing!!! I've rebound 2 inspections simply because they required so much cash out which was not authorized. I've documented subsequently to my lender, the BBB and several websites similar to this one. PLEASE DON'T utilize their support! Which kind of organization does not answer their grievances from spending cuatomers? I will comprehend if it were an error plus they acknowledged my consideration, but not to react at-all is simply wrong.
