Interest rate on Balance transfe

I've obtained a balance exchange present from Capital One. I named and decided on a balance transfer around $8500 at per cent RATE (no costs) until 7/30. (I moved another $2500 later.) It was July. I later obtained the card and producing the minimal funds to prevent any modifications within the conditions.

I now understand I had been spending 14.99% RATE. It's my error that used to do not examine the e-claims. Used to do not since I had been not utilizing the card for almost any acquisitions. After I popped the e - declaration today, I came across that I've been paying attention costs. I called the financial institution. They stated the price was 14.99% right from the start. The elderly consideration manager’s title is Darrell and it is identification is PQN254.

Used to do not make an application for a 14.99% card to move a stability from the lower-rate of interest card. I do want to get rid of the interest payments I've created or atleast lower the funds. They state the one thing they are able to do would be to reduce by $50 out-of about $800.
