Robert ER Solutions A Robert calls and threatens us about a account we do not have

ER Solutions has a Robert that calls and makes threats claiming we owe Paypal money. We do a lot of business with Paypal everyday and I asked them about it and they do not have any record of any problem or money owed.
When I ask "Robert for some details he says he cannot give out any information unless I give him my SSN which of coarse no one would give to a strange voice on the phone. But that does not stop him from him threatening me saying he is going to ruin our credit if we do not pay $325.00
We asked he to send details by mail and he will not do it, I asked him to verify who he is and that he works for ER Solutions and he hung up on me.
ER Solutions sounds like a Nigerian fraud attempt to me, who are these people? They do not even attempt to be professional in anyway and hopefully companies like Paypal will not do business with them they are nothing but modern day pirates that prey on good people that do not know bette
