Trying to close account

I named Elavon in March to verify after I must contact about shutting my acct. Since the agreement might end in January. I had been advised to call-back around January 25th to possess it looked after. Sine then I've named atleast five occasions and experience as if I obtain the run-around every time. Meanwhile, Vendor Services remains to cost my bill each month to get a charge plus additional costs.
