Lani yardley we were given a signed loan commitment that was not worth the paper it was wrtten on, ofcourse we dint find this out until closing at a loss of 5k

We were given a loan commitment and a house was built, we paid cash for many upgrades. Also all income and previous years taxes were given prior to the signef loan commitment, then at closing with lani yardley broker and envoy mortgage, ee were told no home loan wil be given to us because we itemized on our taxes as we do every year and envoy and lani were well aware of this... How devastating all the time into the house 5k cash given new appliances purchased... Why give a signed loan commitment and tell a builder and buyer we are good to go??? Why do that to someone? Envoy had all our information upfront, why let a house be built? Why let us loose our house our time and all that $? I find it cruel and unacceptible... I plan to save more $ and go with bank of america, they seem to be honest and upfront and professional... I hope no ome else has to go through this... If a deal seems to good to be true, then it is... At this point I pray the builer don klausmeyer will give us some of our $ back and I pray he is able to sell the home...
