Took 99$ out of my bank account without my authorization

I observed a check created to jewelry online groupfor 99$ removed if my bill! I never approved $ hey br obtained, I actually donot understand who they actually are! Check was eritten 2-25. Resources obtained 2-28 I've called. 6 instances in 4 times lef numerous communications and also have been hung-up on twice by customer support! I am angry, my bank work. Is damaging and that Iam being billed daily! I'd like my money-back today! Calling appropriate help today!!!
