They took $99.00 from my checking account without my permission

Jewelry online team required $99.00 bucks from my bank account on july 23. And that I never received the notebook I requested. After I contact them about this, they mentioned they never got the cash for that deposit of the notebook, but I acquired evidence from my banck they (jewelry online team) required the cash on august. 23rd. Today I've not obtained the notebook plus they don't delivered my cash, I deliver them a fax using the backup of the check the money was withdraw and that I haven't got any solution within this respect. I really hope you can assist me with this. Cheers.
