Messed up my 2008 taxes

T.T.organized my fees this past year and place in that I paid $2,189.083.00 in property duty. Their application didn't capture it, used to do not capture it (as this is exactly what I settled them for) and also the government didn't capture it. I had been returned $4200 back and today obtained a notice in the government that there is a mistake in my own 2008 fees, which I currently owe them the $4200 again plus interest and fee. I named TT plus they offered me a website to document a, however it is just a non existent spot to proceed document a complaint form.
