Ripoff for 187$ to establish credit

In April of "Christine" called me at my home to tell me I had been approved for 1,000$ line of credit. Not true. I found out a month later that I had to go to their web site and actually apply for a credit card. I wasn't approved.
I have spent the last six monthes trying to get my money back. I have not yet gotten it back. I have drafted a letter to the Federal Trade Commission regarding this companys bussiness practices. If you get called at home with an "offer" like this, do not accept it! Especially if they are asking for bank routing numbers and other personal information. Verify the legitamacy of the company first!
