The worst company ever&they are thieves

My Car was hit by a State Farm Insurance Customer whose age was 16 and she was texting and rear ended my AUDI A4 while i was stationery at a red traffic light. My car's rear bumper was completely damaged.

I am a physician and drive long distances every day and need a comfortable car. While my car was in the collision shop, The State Farm only approved ford focus as a rental replacement for my luxury car.

Secondly, when it came to repairs, they did not allow original AUDI parts to be used for repair but approved used parts from a junk yard. This is completely unacceptable.

I do not have the time to get lawyers and file a lawsuit but I encourage whoever out there is looking for auto insurance to know this fact about this insurance company. They are outright thieves!
