Prime One Financial called on the phone to ask for my bank account number. Ripoff!

I was contacted by phone and told i was approved for 1000 now 5000 in 6mo then ask for account no for my bank he told me it was to prove that belong to that bank then told me iwould pay a one time fee of 187.00 the card would be here in 10 days i wouldnt give him my account no he said he would call back at alater time to lrt me think about it
